Procedure for Entering Scores and Awards when Judging has been Completed Offline

1. Login to this website with your club’s VP credentials. 
2. Go to the Judge tab/Judging Que for Website Judging.
3. If you are a Competition Judge, click on the “Display only competitions where I am a judge” button.  Competition Managers will have access to all competitions.
4. Select the competition you are going to score. 
5. Select your name under Group Critique.
6. Select Open under Competition Level to Process. 
7. Type in the sum of all judges scores for each image in the yellow box.
8. Save Updates. 
9. When you have finished scoring a category, click the button “My scores, rankings and critiques have been completed for all Competition Levels.
10. Select Open under Competition Level and there will now be a “!” box under each image. 
11. Under Image Sorting, select “Sort by Scores”.
12. Click on the “!” for the 1^st place image and award 1^st Place.  Continue for 2^nd Place, 3^rd Place, etc.
13. Click “Save Updates” and “Return to Competition List”
14. Select the next Category to score and follow procedures 5 thru 13.
15. You are done!

Procedure for Judging and Assigning Awards Online

1. Each judge should login to this website with their usual VP credentials.
2. Go to the Judge tab/Judging Que for Website Judging.
3. Click on the "Display only competitions where I am a judge" button.
4. Select the competition you are going to score.
5. Select your name under Group Critique (may not be available).
6. Select Open under Competition Level to Process. 
7. Click on the first image to go to full screen and select the number of stars (score) for each image.
8. In the thumbnail view, arrange all of the images in the order that you believe they should be ranked.  In other words, the first image in order should be the best image, second is the second best, etc.  This will rank all of your images that may have the same score.
9. Save Updates. 
10. When you have finished scoring a category, click the button “My scores, rankings and critiques have been completed for all Competition Levels.
11. When all judges have completed scoring and ranking the images, VP will assign a ranking based on the sum of scores and assigned order from all the judges.
12. One of the judges should be designated to assign awards.  Under Image Sorting, select "Sort by Computed Rank".
13. If the order displayed is agreed upon by all judges, then assignment of awards should be conducted.
14. Click on the “!” for the 1^st place image and award 1^st Place.  Continue for 2^nd Place, 3^rd Place, etc.
15. Click “Save Updates” and “Return to Competition List”
16. Select the next Category to score and follow procedures 5 thru 14.
17. You are done!
